We are proud to be an authorized provider of the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Program for ages 6 months and up.  Swimming lessons are an essential part of a persons education.  Being able to swim properly increases confidence which makes time in the water an enjoyable and safe experience.  In addition, swimming is a healthy, total fitness activity that lasts a lifetime.  Our Learn-To-Swim programs are taught by certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children and adults achieve their swimming goals.*Please reference the swim level descriptions below to choose the appropriate level based on their skills. SWIM LESSON LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS WATERBABIESOpen to children ages 6 months to 3 years (with parent). Parents and children participate in guided practice sessions that help children learn elementary skills including bubble blowing, front/back kicking, front/back floating, underwater exploration and more. PRESCHOOL Open to children ages 4 & 5. Children independently participate in guided practice sessions that help them learn elementary skills, including bubble blowing, front/back kicking, front/back floating, underwater exploration and more.LEVEL 1 Introduction to Water Skills: Open to children ages 6 & up. Learn basic personal water safety information and skills to help participants feel comfortable in the water. At this level, basic aquatic skills are taught including front/back floats, kicking actions, gliding, bobs and more. LEVEL 2 Fundamental Aquatic Skills: Teaching of fundamental skills that will be used throughout the Learn to Swim program. Swimmers will learn to float without support, and will begin to move through the water independently. LEVEL 3 Stroke Development: Build on previously learned skills taught by providing additional guided practice. Begin to swim the front crawl and elementary backstroke on their own. LEVEL 4 Stroke Development: Develop swimmers confidence in the strokes learned thus far and improve other aquatic skills. Available for ages 4 & Up.Max 2 participants.  Includes four 30 minute classes per session.Instructor: Qeanna RampassardAll program parents/guardians must sit/stand outside of the fence.  No one but participants and instructors are allowed on the deck during lessons.

Have your child's birthday party at our Lord or Goldstar Pools!Your 2 hour party time includes exclusive access to the pool and pool deck/grass area for food, drink, presents, etc.  We provide 2 American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards.  Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising the children.  Party includes a 15 minute set-up time...please be there to set up no earlier than 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM respectively.  All parties must be cleaned up by 12:45 PM and 7:15 PM respectively. We provide tables and seating for a maximum of 15 children. Party must stay inside pool area.  You may bring in your own food & cake, drinks, tablewares, presents, etc.  Only children are permitted to swim in the pool.  Flotation devices are not permitted including tubes and floaties.  If a lifejacket must be worn, it must be stamped "Coast Guard Approved".  No refunds will be issued for no shows.Inclement weather policyThe Head Guard/Assistant Head Guard will make all weather related decisions with regards to cancellations and will contact you no later than 8:45 AM the day of your event for morning parties and no later than 3:00 PM for afternoon parties if we need to cancel due inclement weather.  We make every effort to hold parties and they will be held on cloudy/cool days.  Refunds may be pro-rated as necessary based on weather conditions if a party has to be cancelled during the event.  If your party is cancelled due to weather your makeup date will be the following day on Sunday at the same time.   If we are unable to reschedule your event, you will receive a full refund. Rental must be purchased by 12pm on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled party date.
